Hi Gabriela, how are you?
Hi Filippo, I`m really fine, maybe a little overworked but I hope that I may can show off my small success in in the nearest future. How about you ?
I’m fine too, thanks! Can you introduce yourself to our readers?
Yes, with pleasure :D My name is Gabriela and I`m 22-years graphic design student from Poland but my real passion is photography and fashion. I`m trying to combine it, so I often prepare stylizations and make-ups for my own photo session.

How would you describe graphic design scene in Poland? Is it a nice place for creatives like you?
In my opinion polish design scene is very diverse because we have here many talented artists in every area with own, unique style. For me the most important and characteristic are artists of the polish school of posters, as well talented 2D or 3D animators and 2D graphic designers. Moreover this area is still developing, evolving because the number of new, young artists increasing with every year so here is constantly something new, interesting.
Yes, Poland it`s a friendly place for creative, but in my opinion this kind of people must be very talented, hardworking, have unconventional style to achieve success in every country in the world. Place in the least possible extent can have impact on success.
When did you start to get passionated about photography?
Hm… I think that I was interesting in photography from child but them unfortunately I didn`t treat it seriously. I just took shoots my friend, views, etc. without elementary technical knowledge. Nevertheless they thought that I got talent:D But finally I discovered photography as hobby in my first year on university then I bought my own digital camera. It was three years ago and nothing is changes, photography is still my biggest passion, even work:) Maybe apart from small detail, firstly I was nature, landscape photographer, now I`m beginner fashion photographer but not typical, I love b&w, emotional photos too. I made up lack in my knowledge of course :)

Do you take your photos in manual mode or automatic?
I always prefer manual mode because thanks to that I can achieve planned results, create my own world on photos, style. I didn`t even want to know how will be look my portfolio made on automatic mode:D Undoubtedly not like now.
What are your main visual references?
I don`t be original… I love Vogue, especially Italy and French editions. You can find here amazing photographs, models, stylizations, make-ups, etc. In addition, a short time ago I discovered vogue.it, my new source of inspirations. Moreover it`s excellent motivation for me to start learning that languages.

What is your own favorite photo?
Are you serious? I don’t`t know. It`s too hard to choose only one favourite photo. I like all of them, every photo is different, connected with some unique memories.
I know what you mean! What are you working on these days?
I was working on photo post-production from the three, latest photo sessions. I can show you effect one of them, if you like.

Nice! What are your plans for the future?
I want to follow my passions, develop it. I mean to make better and better photos, more practice, maybe buy better equipment and sewing machine. I just want to be happy and do what I love. Wish me luck :D
