Can you introduce yourself to TICW readers?

I’m a 19 years old girl and I’m currently living in Belgium.  I love all sorts of art (graphic design, street art, dance, music, …) and I simply love being creative, especially when it comes to photography and illustration. My photographs are really experimental. I mostly work with concepts and unique ideas. I love old fashioned rooms and I don’t think the perfect exposure or composition are the most important in a picture. The thing that matters is the idea behind the photo. 

My illustrations are child-like and it’s my dream to publish my own children’s book one day.

My name is Blue Caban. I am 21 and I have just graduated from SUNY Purchase with my BFA in Photography. I was raised in Delhi NY a small country town in central NY State where I spent a great deal of my childhood walking through the woods. I wouldn’t call myself an optimist but I have incredible hope and most days find life to be overwhelmingly beautiful. My greatest joys derive from art, literature and observing the world around me.
